Grandson Graduates From Bootcamp

I am so very proud of my grandson, PFC Alec Silva, stationed at Fort Jackson, for completing a very demanding piece of adventure in his life. Now that Bootcamp is over my life is a less stressful. Not being able to hear from him or know if he's ok is the worst. He made it and he's more the man for it. Hearing his voice on graduation day was the ultimate. I'm sure other mothers, fathers, AND grandmothers have the same feelings that our babies are out there and we can't intervene. Thank you,…See More
